Who We Are Looking For: 

We are looking for a passionate individual who is eager to make an impact in the sports industry and thrive in a dynamic team environment as a Associate Media Operations (m/f/d) 100%.

Your main tasks

• Manage the assigned projects on operational level:
  • FIS World Cups
    
    
• Support (or backup) for other projects as agreed season by season
• Account Management of Broadcast Partners, delivery of all agreed services, collection of all required bookings, data and information
• Liaison with Right Holders and Event organisers to obtain all media/broadcast related information and to ensure smooth delivery
• Coordination with technical suppliers for the delivery of all signals
• Seek to consistently improve and optimize planning and operating processes
• Active contributor to the global Media Operations Team

Your profile

• Entry position 1-3 years of experience or related fields
• First degree (undergraduate) or an advanced vocational qualification
• Proven background and knowledge of media and broadcast related operations at sport events
• Strong client service orientation and detail-oriented
• Proactive problem solver with a demonstrated willingness to take on responsibility
• Good analytical and decision-making skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
