Job Summary

As Games Integration Manager you will support the Games Integration programme by coordinating key operational integration processes, facilitating readiness workshops to manage cross-functional and supplier dependencies, and supporting readiness exercises to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

You will manage the process of onboarding suppliers, leading the design and management of the Contractor Portal to support operational readiness across the organisation, working in collaboration with Procurement, HR, Technology, Training, and operational Functional Areas, ensuring they are fully integrated and prepared for delivery.  Supporting risk mitigation and contingency planning, you will contribute to C3 integration activities, managing taskforces and internal planning requirements.

Although not essential, experience working in a multi-sport/major event environment will be advantageous.

This is a fixed term position with immediate start available; the end date will be 7th August 2026.
