Job Description
OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Reporting Analyst with a focus on Working Capital management. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager in FP&A with a dotted line to our Global Head of Billing & Collections, the ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing and reporting our organization's working capital metrics, ensuring an improved cash conversion cycle and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a strong Finance background and focused on process improvements.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports that provide insights into working capital performance, including KPI dashboards and monthly/quarterly analysis reports
- Analyse past results, trends, perform variance analysis, identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
- Assist in the development of forecasts and budgets, and track actuals against projections to facilitate effective financial planning
- Combine data from different systems (including, but not limited to Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Onestream, JIRA etc.) to improve insights (Freshdesk tickets, ISA & Dynamics information, contractual data etc.)
- Acquire knowledge of Billing & Collections processes in order to perform gap analysis without major support from operational teams
- Publish timely and accurate financial reports for internal stakeholders, and present findings in a clear and concise manner during meetings, providing actionable insights and recommendation
- Perform and support regular an ad hoc AR Operational reporting from our internal invoice and customer support tools, check contractual data, prepare analysis from different systems ( in Salesforce, MS Dynamics )
- Identify opportunities in streamlining processes and enhancing working capital efficiencies
- Identify opportunities in automating Working Capital reporting as a whole
- Propose and work with internal departments on building/improving dashboards related to Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable to improve visibility on key areas
- Work closely with other departments, such Billing & Collections, Sales, Sales Operations, Accounting, Procurement, to improve Working Capital
- Identify opportunities through data analytics that would reduce accruals and improve billing timeliness
- Analyze and recommend strategies to mitigate risks associated with working capital management, such as credit risk
- Assists with information gathering for both internal and external routine audits and examinations
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Working Capital related field (especially Accounts Receivable)
- Proven experience (3+ years) in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting, preferably with a focus on working capital or cash management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings clearly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- Fluent English, any other European Language knowledge is a plus
- Proficient user of MS D365 or any other ERP system (SAP, Oracle. etc) and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
