The Senior Talent Team is responsible for the Talent Acquisition, Management & Development activity for our senior leadership population across the globe. Working in partnership with members across the company, we deliver outstanding talent solutions across Flutter.

As the team’s remit expands to further support the growth of the business, an opportunity has arisen for a skilled Executive Assistant to provide professional, diligent, and pro-active day-to-day diary management and administrative support to two Directors within the Senior Talent Team.

Scheduling & diary management

  • Manage complex and multifaceted calendars across multiple timezones alongside supporting logistics (including office/room/desk bookings, visitor registration, etc)
  • Arrange and live-manage travel bookings, including overseas travel, ground logistics, visas, and itinerary support
  • Arrange 121 meetings, cross- functional meetings, team events and wider support on larger, more complex meetings and workshops, for example, preparing initial draft agendas
  • Set reminders and provide daily/weekly overviews of upcoming commitments
  • Communicate with third parties and senior managers either on the telephone, in person or via email in a professional manner
  • Process and submit expense reports using the in-house Oracle software
  • Support on occasion the E2E process for procurement & invoicing - Add suppliers, and process invoices, tracking purchase orders
  • Additional support as the need arises, including assisting with PowerPoint presentations and various project-based documentation
  • Establish good working relationships with the LT, EA’s and other staff across the business globally
  • Collate and circulate updates for reports and documents, minute taking as the need arises
  • Ensure follow up on actions and results from meetings
  • Update central talent databases and executive development records
  • Coordinate interview scheduling for senior leader search processes, collaborating closely with candidates and executive search firms
  • Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity, specifically around the handling of high-level organisation collateral, including controlled company and price/market-sensitive information
  • Demonstratable experience working in a similar role supporting Directors and senior leaders
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to work with a variety of styles and personalities no matter the seniority
  • High degree of personal integrity and used to working with confidential information and maintaining absolute discretion
  • Proactive, flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
  • Able to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience of collaborating across reporting lines, business divisions and geographies
  • Proficient in use of MS365 products with an aptitude to learn new software and systems
