Are you passionate about customer engagement and ready to make a significant impact on Australia's leading streaming products, Kayo Sports and BINGE? We're seeking an enthusiastic Engagement Campaign Coordinator to join our dynamic Customer & Operations team.
As our Engagement Campaign Coordinator, you will assist in driving the commercial success of Kayo Sports and BINGE by engaging and influencing our existing customer base (post-first sign-up). Your mission will be to enhance customer engagement and fuel growth by improving key base-management metrics, including trial conversion, retention and reactivation, all through our owned communication channels.
You'll play a key role in shaping customer engagement by assisting with the creation and execution of communications across Email, SMS, Push, and In-App channels. In partnership with our development and testing teams, you'll help craft automated and tactical campaigns designed to significantly improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Key Responsibilities
- Build, test, and execute automated and tactical multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, In-App) to enhance customer engagement for Kayo Sports & BINGE.
- Contribute to our test-and-learn strategy by assisting in the design, implementation, and documentation of robust campaign workflows
- Gather campaign brief requirements, understand customer journey flows, and manage turnaround times with internal and external teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to produce best-practice integrated engagement campaigns within our marketing automation platform, covering all lifecycle stages.
- Monitor campaign activity and deliverability metrics, ensuring optimal performance.
- Maintain consistency and optimize creative assets across all channels, upholding high-quality standards.
About your experience
- A keen interest or experience in marketing, customer engagement, or digital media (internship or entry-level experience is welcome).
- Experience and/or strong interest in CRM, Marketing Automation, and digital campaign management platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign/Journey Optimizer, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- A strong communicator and team player, confident in presenting to and influencing stakeholders, collaborating effectively, and building strong relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and consistency, able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- An understanding of databases and data-driven marketing, or prior experience handling datasets.
- Basic understanding of HTML formatting in email design highly desirable
- A genuine love for the Entertainment, Sport, and Media landscape – we believe in knowing our product and our customers!
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
