The DressingManagerwill be responsible for overseeing and managing the visual identity and branding elements in threeoftheFIFA World Cup 2026Mexicocompetition venues, ensuringthevisualpresentationalignswiththeFIFA brandguidelinesandenhancestheoverall fan experience. This role involves scoping, scope book and budget adjustments, and overall project delivery for the assigned competition venues. You will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to maintain consistency and high-quality standards throughout the tournament.
KeyResponsibilities:
StrategicPlanning&Execution
Oversee the scoping and implementation of all branding elements in 3 competition venuesfortheFIFAWorld Cup 2026.
Conductsitevisitstoconfirmlayout,infrastructure,andvisualneeds, ensuring that the Dressing is tailored to each location’s requirements.
Updatedetailedscopereportswhichoutline allvisualbrandingrequirements,including
designspecifications,installationschedules,andresourceallocationsforeachvenueand location. Suggest (sustainable) substrates based on surface, anchor points and venue regulations.
Manage and updatescopebudget,identifyingandallocatingcostsfor product,
hardware,installation,labor,andlogistics,ensuringtheDressingisdelivered within financial constraints.
Ensure the Dressing strategy is followed for the FIFAWorldCup2026,ensuringalignmentwith FIFA’sglobalbrandandvisualidentity.
WorkwithFIFA’smarketingandbrandingteamstoensurethatallvisualelements adhereto FIFA’s guidelines andelevate thetournament’s overallaesthetic andfan engagement.
Maintain direct communication with the client regarding scope reports, ensuring that allvisualbrandingelementsalignwiththeclient'svisionandrequirements.Thisincludes liaising with suppliers to coordinate the procurement, delivery, and installation of materials and services.
DressingImplementation.
Manageand coordinatetheinstallation and placement ofallbrandingmaterials acrossthestadiums,includingbutnotlimitedtomediaareas,VIPlounges,external branding.
Ensurethatallmaterialsaredeliveredontime,installedcorrectly,andmaintained throughout the duration of the tournament.
Overseethedecommissioningandremovalof allvisualelementsattheendofthe tournament, ensuring proper storage or disposal where appropriate.
Workcloselywiththevenueteamstomonitorthequality andintegrityof installations, ensuring that they are maintained throughout the event.
Collaboration
Work closely withacross-functionalteamresponsibleforthevisualexecutionofthe Dressing including venue and installation managers.
Collaborate with event and operations teams, including logistics, production, procurement,andsustainabilityteams,toensuresmoothexecutionoftheDressing across all locations.
Coordinatewiththevenues,ensuringthatallvisualelementsarecompliantwithlocal regulations and safety standards.
Providedirectionandsupporttoexternalcontractors andsuppliers,ensuringhigh- quality delivery of materials and installations.
BrandConsistency&QualityControl
Ensurebrandconsistencyacrossalltouchpoints,ensuringthattheDressing aligns with FIFA’s globalstandards and delivers aseamless visual experiencefor fans, players, and broadcast.
Implementandoverseeaqualitycontrolprocessforallinstallations,ensuring thatevery venue meets FIFA’s aesthetic standards for branding.
Conductregularsiteinspectionstoensureinstallationsareintactandproperlydisplayed, making adjustments where necessary to meet standards.
Sustainability&Legacy
Collaboratewith thesustainabilityteamto ensurethatthe Dressingisaligned withFIFA’ssustainabilitygoals,incorporatingsustainablematerialsandprocesseswhere possible.
Reporting&StakeholderEngagement
Act as the primary point of contact for Dressing-related inquiries for your venues, ensuringstrongandconsistentcommunicationwithinternalteams,externalvendors,and FIFA representatives.
Preparepost-eventreportsdetailingthesuccessofthevisualbrandingexecution, including lessons learned and recommendations for future tournaments.
Qualifications and Education:
Required Experience:
3+ years of experience in large-scale event operations, branding, signage, or venue dressing.
Proven experience managing the implementation of visual branding in high-profile sporting or live events.
Strong understanding of production processes, materials, hardware, and installation techniques related to large-scale graphics and signage.
Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and onsite delivery in fast-paced environments.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficient in Spanish.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on practical, timely solutions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders including clients, suppliers, and venue teams.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage stress in high-pressure situations.
Familiarity with sustainability practices and working knowledge of eco-friendly materials is a plus.
Education:
Degree or diploma in Event Management, Project Management, Design, Architecture, Production, or a related field is preferred.
Additional training or certification in project or event management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
