(SENIOR-) OPERATIONS MANAGER

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Based in Munich or Vienna, we are looking for someone to support us in the implementation and further development of global projects. Specifically in the areas of planning, implementation and on-site activation for logistics, client requirements and branding installations.

In this position, you will actively contribute, together with your colleagues and senior management, to further developing the company on the European and global market and expanding its position as a pioneer.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:

• Ability to juggle several tasks at once and consistently deliver high-quality work to tight timescales
• Ability to think around issues and finding solutions
• Having an openminded mentality and ability to adapt to existing structures
• Experience in dealing with different kind of clients
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Willing to travel across the globe for delivering projects
• Experience in handling client budgets as well as internal department budgets
• Experience of Event Management and onsite activation experience
• Fluent in English and German and ideally in French or Italian
• Knowledge of IT programs such as MS Office, Workday and ideally AutoCAD
