Your Talent

  • 8-10 years proven marketing experience for an international multi category brand in fast moving consumer goods industry
  • 8-10 years management experience
  • Passion for football, sport, lifestyle and culture
  • Experience of omni-channel marketing (particularly in store and eCom)
  • Experience of delivering highly engaging content creation & social marketing strategies
  • Experience of management of third party agencies
  • Budget management excellence
  • Strong leadership, organizational and decision making skills
  • Proven interpersonal & presentation abilities to operate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Results orientated
  • Strong understanding of a consumer-goods business operation
  • Strength in developing strong relationships, communicating across a wide variety of networks
  • Effectively defines, plans, schedules, controls tasks and projects

Your Mission

We're on the hunt for a trailblazing Marketing Director to join our Senior Leadership Team. In this exciting role you'll team up with local and group Marketing Teams to supercharge our brand in the UK&I, all while championing PUMA's mission. This role is all about pushing the brand's creative boundaries, building strong connections with consumers, and accelerating our market impact. You'll be the driving force behind innovative strategies that will shape the future of our brand.

  • Plan & develop marketing & communications strategy for UK&I Area, integrating cross functionally; aligning Brand, Wholesale and Retail across Europe and Global stakeholders;
  • Develop comprehensive integrated marketing plans across Performance and Lifestyle categories, implementing seasonal and future global Marketing initiatives within the Area, as per defined Brand and commercial objectives;
  • Supervise and manage the Area Marketing channel functions including Media, Wholesale Trade Marketing, Experiential, Influencer programmes, PR, Digital, Sports Marketing, Culture Marketing and Marketing Operations;
  • Lead and develop team of passionate marketers with cross channel and category expertise;
  • Represent the Area throughout the seasonal GTM process including the IMT milestones providing Area input and insights to optimize marketing category and channel execution;
  • Achieve alignment on Area seasonal priorities across the key functions of Area Sales, DTC and Merchandising and execute in Area accordingly;
  • Identify and develop solutions in regards to consumer insight and other research projects;
  • Represent Area Marketing at key internal and external milestones where required;
  • Maintain awareness of consumer trends and provide unique and creative solutions using this knowledge to reach our target demographic;
  • Ensure UKI marketing grows brand desirability within the Area;
  • Represent the brand and utilize the PUMA 4Keys (Fair, Honest, Positive, Creative) in all decisions, actions, processes and practices.
