Fanatics’ Director, Loyalty Benefits will be responsible for designing, scaling, and optimizing the portfolio of loyalty benefits that deliver differentiated value to Fanatics ONE members and FanCash users. This leader will set the benefits roadmap, balancing fan delight with cost efficiency and measurable business impact. They will oversee the day-to-day operations of benefit fulfillment, while also sourcing and managing partnerships that expand our benefits ecosystem through unique products, experiences, and access.

Responsibilities 

  • Set the benefits portfolio roadmap for Fanatics ONE and how they can be activated for FanCash utility, ensuring the right mix of gifting, marketplace rewards, experiences, and partnerships to drive engagement, retention, and LTV.
  • Manage teams that oversee physical gifting operations and fulfillment, ensuring seamless execution of large-scale and personalized gifting programs, with strong vendor management and process rigor.
  • Source and expand benefit supply through strategic partnerships with the rest of Fanatics and with athletes, leagues, and brands, delivering differentiated access and experiences for members.
  • Act as the economic steward of benefits, partnering with analytics to forecast demand, track budget vs. spend, and optimize reinvestment ROI.
  • Drive benefits innovation and differentiation, piloting new offerings such as sweepstakes, marketplace activations, and exclusive experiences that set Fanatics ONE and FanCash apart.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Strategy & Ops, Analytics, CRM, and Marketing to integrate benefits into program strategy, measurement frameworks, and member communications.
  • Represent Loyalty Benefits to senior leadership, reporting on portfolio performance and aligning on investment trade-offs and strategic priorities.

Experience and Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in loyalty, partnerships, consumer strategy, or related fields, with a track record of building and scaling benefit portfolios or rewards ecosystems.
  • Proven leader with experience managing high-performing teams across both strategy and operations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a desire to build processes that can scale.
  • Strong background in partnership development, vendor management, and benefit fulfillment, with the ability to balance creative innovation and operational discipline.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with experience forecasting demand, managing budgets, and measuring ROI.
  • Ability to craft and communicate a compelling benefits strategy that resonates with fans.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaborator who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus.
