Digital Learning and Development Specialist

As our new Digital Learning and Development Specialist, you will be the driving force behind the management and continual optimisation of our enterprise digital learning and performance platform (we use Zensai) for over 3,500 colleagues globally. You’ll blend technical administration with adult learning know‑how to deliver seamless, data‑led, and engaging digital learning experiences that contribute to our strategic L&D pillars and broader People strategy.

You’ll partner closely with the Head of People Development (line manager) and stakeholders across the global People function to deliver high‑impact blended learning and performance solutions.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day administration and continuous optimisation of our enterprise learning and performance platform, to improve user experience, administration efficiency and meet SLAs.

Own reporting and analytics (completion rates, mandatory training compliance, usage trends); provide actionable insights to the Head of People Development that drive roadmap prioritisation.

Own the content design and development for our global core induction.

Support the Head of People Development by contributing to strategic global learning and development initiatives.

Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital learning and performance systems.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

3+ years’ experience in LMS/LXP administration and optimisation.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

Fluency in digital learning technical standards.

Experience building trusting relationships to support the design and delivery of impactful digital learning experiences.

Proactive problem solver and continuous improvement mindset.

Demonstrable commitment to ongoing personal development.
