You bring deep expertise in D365 F&O, with a specific focus on retail implementations and integrations. This role demands a strong communicator who can mentor a team of D365 functional experts, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure alignment between our technology solutions and our overall business strategy to further On's mission.

Your Mission

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive D365 F&O roadmap aligned with the company's business objectives
  • Provide expert guidance on D365 F&O capabilities, functionalities, and best practices, particularly in the retail domain
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies within the D365 ecosystem
  • Evaluate and recommend new solutions and enhancements to existing systems

Solution Architecture & Design:

  • Lead the design and architecture of D365 F&O solutions to meet complex business requirements
  • Oversee the technical implementation of D365 F&O, including system configuration, customizations, and integrations with other enterprise systems
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and performant
  • Define and enforce standards and best practices
  • Knowledge of ISV solutions and capabilities within the retail realm

Influence:

  • Mentor a team of D365 F&O functional consultants
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization

Project Delivery:

  • Oversee the successful delivery of D365 F&O projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline
  • Manage project risks and issues proactively
  • Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard of quality

Your story

  • 10+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions (AX, D365 F&O)
  • Deep understanding of D365 F&O modules relevant to retail, such as: Retail & Commerce: POS, Store management, Channel management Supply Chain Management: Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing Finance: General ledger, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable Manufacturing: Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kanban
  • Strong understanding of integration technologies and experience integrating D365 F&O with other systems
  • Experience leading a team of functional consultants
  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are highly desirable
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Fluent in English, your clear articulation bridges teams worldwide, ensuring collaborative synergy

Bring any questions you have about the job, the team or anything else you might like to know – this is an open forum.

    The Case Study

    What's your style? This task will help us understand how you think, face a challenge and give insight into your novel ideas. Designed to give everyone their best shot, your case study is based on something you might typically experience on the job. This is your chance to show us what you’ve got. So express yourself.   • Step Five

    The Experience Day

    Your first taste of the Oniverse. This is a time to meet some of the people you'll be working closest with. In person or virtually, you'll get a feel for the day-to-day at On and the people who make it happen. You'll chat with a few potential teammates - the conversations will be as equally driven by the role and your experience as by our values. We believe how you do things is just as important as what you do.

    The Result

    Are we a good fit? We’ll get together internally to share our feedback and decide if we’re a match. We know that job searching is a big time investment, so it’s not a decision we take lightly.
