ジュニアエディトリアルデザイナーは、PhotoshopやIllustrator、After Effectsなどのグラフィックソフトを使用し、DAZN配信プラットフォームで必要なサムネイル、バナー、番組ロゴの静止画デザイン作成などを担当します。またDAZNコンテンツのプロモーションに必要なクリエイティブの提案、制作なども担います。チーフエディターのレポートラインに属してプラットフォームエディターやプロデューザー、ディレクター、コンテンツプロモーション担当らと連携し、DAZNのUI/UXの改善に寄与してサービスをより魅力的に提示する重要な役割です。またマーケティング部に属するクリエイティブチームとも密接に関わります。

As our new Junior Editorial Designer, you'll have the opportunity to:

• DAZN配信プラットフォームやDAZN YouTubeほかソーシャルチャンネルで使用するサムネイルやテンプレート、コンテンツで使用する番組ロゴの作成
• コンテンツプロモーションで使用するバナーほか静止画クリエイティブの作成
• 各スポーツ競技やチームの公式ロゴほかDAZNの番組制作/配信に必要なアセットの管理
• UI/UXを常に改善するための提案・計画・承認を経ての実行
• 実行したプランのレビューと更なる改善案の提示
• 実行策を正しくレビューするため、視聴数を中心にデータを収集、分析すること
• 制作にあたり外部リソースを利用する場合の予算管理
• 本社（UK）やマーケティング部のクリエイティブチームと情報交換を密にして、組織としてのブランディングを守ること
• 発注者の意図を理解し、デザイナーとしてより良い提案を心掛けること
• 事業方針のインプットを怠らず、ビジネスプランに沿って業務にあたること
• 業務内容を定期的にラインマネージャーに共有/報告し、業務の改善に努めること

You'll have:

• デザイナーとして、あるいはデザインに携わった業務経験
• Photoshop, Illustratorなどグラフィックソフトを使った経験
• スポーツに関する興味、関心（サッカー、野球、モータースポーツ、格闘技、バスケットボール、NFLほか、全てに詳しい必要はないが、何らかのスポーツに興味があり、ファンの気持ちが理解できることが重要）
• 社内外のステークホルダーとスムースに協業するためのコミュニケーションスキルと関係構築能力
• 英語でのメールやチャットなど文書コミュニケーション能力
• 仕事の生産性を最大限にするために優先順位や目標を立て、スケジュール管理する能力
• データ分析能力及びデータに基づいた業務改善能力
• 求められる役割の変化に対応する柔軟な調整力
• ワード、エクセル、パワーポイントといったPCの基本ソフトを扱うスキル
• 日本語ネイティブレベル

It would be Great if you have these too

• After Effects、Premierなど動画ソフトを使った経験
• 日常会話レベルの英会話能力
• 放送事業での実務経験（スポーツ配信であれば、なお良い）
• 担当領域は原則静止画だが、動画編集もできればなお良い
• YouTubeなどの映像エンターテインメントに携わった経験
• 配信権利に関する知識
