The Role
We have a unique and exciting opportunity available to join the team as a Corporate Services Coordinator. This role will place you at the heart of the action, working alongside experts to deliver a global event that sets the new standard for major sporting celebrations. You’ll gain hands-on experience and contribute to creating a world-class Games.
In this role, the Corporate Services Coordinator will be responsible for supporting procurement activities and a range of administrative functions within the Corporate Services team. This includes assisting with the coordination of procurement processes, general office administration, supplier management, and contributing to various corporate projects and initiatives. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently as the team prepares for Glasgow 2026.

Job Summary:
As the Corporate Services Coordinator, you will be involved in procurement administration, assisting with procurement activities in line with internal policies and external regulations. Your responsibilities will include preparing and processing purchase orders, quotations, and procurement documentation, as well as maintaining accurate records of suppliers, contracts, and procurement logs. You’ll also be tasked with ensuring timely follow-up with vendors and resolving any discrepancies or delays that may arise.
Additionally, you will provide general administrative support to the Corporate Services team, helping to manage recordkeeping and document control systems for key administrative processes. Furthermore, you’ll help monitor and manage compliance tasks and contribute to internal projects that improve business processes and compliance efficiencies.
Key Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate for this role will be well-organised, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment. With experience in a procurement or corporate services function or similar role you’ll bring with your strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, and a resilient approach to problem-solving.
A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required, and experience working with diverse stakeholders will be an asset. Above all, you should be a team player who is eager to contribute to the success of Glasgow 2026.
