Full Description
Join DAZN as Content Lead, United States to own and manage all U.S. content with a holistic, end-to-end perspective across broadcasting, platform merchandising, social media, and related rights or partnerships, with boxing as a primary strategic focus.
You will lead the U.S. content strategy and be responsible for how content is programmed, presented, and promoted across the DAZN ecosystem. You will drive engagement, subscriber growth, and retention through strong editorial judgment and data-led decision making.
This role will shape the U.S. content experience—defining platform look and feel, editorial strategy around major events (especially boxing), and the success of individual content initiatives.
You'll be based in our U.S, New York office, whilst working with the wider, global Content team.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Set the content agenda for the U.S. platform
- Own publication and promotion of U.S. content
- Ensure accurate programming and promotion of live events
- Develop promotion and retention strategies for major events, prioritizing boxing
- Partner closely with Production, Creative, Social, Marketing, CRM, PR, and Partnerships teams
- Serve as the senior U.S. content point of contact internally and globally

- Senior-level experience in sports editorial, OTT, or broadcast platforms
- Strong knowledge of boxing and broader U.S. sports landscape
- Proven experience leading content teams and platform merchandising
- Strong editorial judgment and audience-first mindset
- Data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders
