You’ll work with senior leaders, regulators, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment where your expertise will directly influence business decisions, protect our licences, and support long-term commercial success.

The Role

As Compliance Manager (UK & Ontario), you will be responsible for ensuring DAZN BET meets its regulatory obligations across both jurisdictions, balancing rigorous compliance standards with commercial priorities. Acting as a trusted advisor to the business, you’ll provide proactive, practical, and commercially aware compliance guidance across day-to-day operations as well as new initiatives and projects.

You will serve as a key point of contact for regulators, oversee regulatory reporting, and play an integral role in delivering the wider Compliance Strategy alongside colleagues across other territories. This role requires strong regulatory expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the confidence to operate at senior levels within a dynamic and evolving regulatory environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Act as the compliance lead for UK & Ontario operations, ensuring regulatory obligations are met across day-to-day activity and new initiatives.
• Provide clear, commercially aware compliance advice to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain oversight of regulatory reporting, policy documentation, and regulator engagement.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure timely implementation across Product, Technology, Marketing, and Operations.
• Support compliance monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement activities.
• Build strong relationships with regulators, industry bodies, and key third-party partners.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in a compliance role within the online gambling sector, with strong knowledge of UK and Ontario regulation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including regulator-facing experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational capability, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with sound commercial judgement.
• Confidence operating in fast-paced, regulated environments with high levels of accountability.
