Location – London, Leeds or Dublin
Hybrid - 2 days per week in Dublin

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Organisation and People Change Manager to play a critical role in our multi-year global finance transformation. You will be focussed on delivering change activities to support our people through the transformation ensuring that the business/function is fully prepared and equipped to adopt and embrace the Polaris transformation programme successfully.
What you’ll do
- Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive change management strategy encompassing stakeholder engagement, communication, training and adoption interventions.
- Responsible for developing and leading the change plan for area/workstreams and can operate independently to have this produced ready for review by Org & People Change Lead
- Engage with stakeholders to assess current state and future state whilst assessing impacts to colleagues
- Create and deliver workshops playing back impacts and change journeys to responsible business areas
- Work with the Org & People Change Lead to conduct thorough impact assessments to identify potential changes to roles, org design, and op model.
- Work closely with the Communications Manager to plan, write and cascade communications to keep stakeholders informed.
- Support stakeholders and workstream leads in understanding and managing the change
- Proactively identify and address potential resistance to change, developing mitigation strategies and fostering a positive change environment.
- Collaborate closely with the business readiness team to ensure alignment between workstreams.
- Work with the Change lead to develop and implement change readiness assessments to gauge stakeholder preparedness and identify areas requiring additional support.
- Track and report on change management activities, identifying and managing risks, issues and dependencies.
- Track adoption and manage any post implementation change interventions.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in working in large scale, change initiatives within complex, global organisations, preferably within a finance context.
- Ability to analyse and present large data sets to stakeholders in an accessible way
- Experience of managing difficult stakeholders in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and their practical application.
- Experience in organisation design and op model is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong project management skills, effectively driving packages of work forward to successful completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in MS Office products, particularly PowerPoint.
- Ensures accuracy and high-quality work through meticulous attention to detail.
- Thrives in dynamic environments, managing shifting priorities to consistently deliver exceptional results.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to design and facilitate workshops to get the desired outcomes.
