Your Talent

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or another relevant field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in eCommerce, Category Management, Digital Merchandising or Analytics and BI.
  • Experience with eCommerce tools and platforms such as SFCC, Google Analytics, PowerBI or Site Merchandising tools.
  • Commercial mindset and entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to effectively prioritize various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills – working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential, knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of the sports and fashion industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to take own initiatives and work independently on assigned tasks with little guidance as well as accept direction on given assignments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, fluency in German or another European language is beneficial.

Your Mission

  • Be responsible for driving the growth of your own PUMA Categories within the eCommerce direct-to-consumer business in Europe.
  • Create and execute a strategy to improve your main KPIs including Sales, Profitability, Product Conversion and Sell Through Rate.
  • Closely cooperate within your “Category Squad” consisting of Merchandising, Consumer Experience and Marketing to analyze the performance, identify opportunities and derive actions.
  • Closely monitor sales, profitability and inventory to ensure monthly and yearly targets are met.
  • Take ownership of onsite merchandising activities such as categorization, sorting, filter and navigation for your categories.
  • Partner up with Merchandising to provide product insights, requirements and feedback for the seasonal buy.
  • Be up to date with the competitive landscape, industry trends and other growth opportunities.
  • Derive actionable insights from reports, data analysis or A/B tests to increase sales and profitability.
  • Critically review existing structures and ways of working to drive efficiency and process improvements.
