Job Description

Sportradar is a sports data partner to the top leagues and federations around the world including the NBA, MLB, FIFA and UEFA. Sportradar Production Content Operations is responsible for collecting, producing, and distributing sports data (pre-, live-, and post-match). Our Production is set up internationally across multiple locations around the globe including thousands of scouts responsible for executing the data collection processes. Every year, we cover over 890,000 events across 92 different sports and process around 30TB of metrics monthly. It's a 24/7 stream of information, and we're constantly improving the ways we deliver it to our clients.

We are looking for a Sports Analysis Specialist whose responsibility will be to ensure that our globally delivered Live Sports Data Production services meet customers expectations and the SLAs. You will analyze the Live Sports Data Production and related operational functions with a focus on the quality of the scouts and the Live Sports Monitoring QA processes. You will help the business to meet and exceed the quality standards within our industry and improve work processes and efficiency.

THE CHALLENGE

As a Sports Analysis Specialist, you will be an important link between the Live Production in Content Operations and connected Products with the aim to improve scout performance consistency. You will actively coordinate internally and communicate with customers externally in matters outside regular support lines. You will focus on maintaining, developing and tracking Live Sports Data Production KPIs.

  • Act as a critical interface between Live Production operations and connected Product teams.
  • Ensuring live production stays on track with our service SLAs.
  • Tracking, analyzing and developing KPIs in coordination with connected departments.
  • Developing and enforcing quality control processes for Live Production.
  • Keeping Live Production stakeholders up to date with service level status quo and priorities.
  • Gathering product feedback and interacting with the Product team.
  • Analyzing customer feedback on high level in order to understand the pain points and trends.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting to Production Management on performance metrics, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
  • Customer communication on complex topics (non-BAU).

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience in supporting or leading project workflows, tracking progress, and demonstrating potential for developing project management capabilities
  • Very good understanding of Live Betting market and its products.
  • Strong business acumen and experience of managing stakeholders.
  • Experience in working with KPIs.
  • Experienced in MS Excel, in particular to analyse data and prepare/present reports.
  • Using initiative to drive progress and overcome blockers.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Thrives on turning analytical insights into practical solutions.
  • Strong work ethics and hands on approach to get things done.
  • Excellent communication skills both in verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated and passionate to deliver top class services.
  • Experience with SQL or data analysis tools are considered beneficial.
