Full Description
As the Brand Specialist – Consumer Activation, you'll lead and support impactful in-store and digital promotions, working closely with Marketing, Off-Premise, and On-Premise teams. You'll transform data into actionable insights, creating engaging consumer activation ideas and plans that seamlessly connect Red Bull's marketing and sales efforts. INSIGHTS, PLANNING AND SELL-IN
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to create actionable strategies and executions.
Collaborate with Marketing, Off-Premise Category Team, Key Account Managers, and On-Premise Marketing to identify unique consumer activation angles that boost distribution, sales, and digital brand engagement.
Assist in creating and managing the annual consumer activation calendar.
Work with the Marketing network, including Sports & Culture, to find scalable assets for consumers.
Develop and present customer sell-in documents with compelling consumer stories, in collaboration with Off-Premise and On-Premise teams.
Coordinate closely with the International HQ team to align plans.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & EXECUTION
Effectively manage Consumer Activation projects, from objective setting, agency briefing, project timeline management, to final execution.
Cross-functional collaboration with internal functions (Marketing network, Off- & On-Premise team, Finance, HQ counterparts), and also agency partners.
POST ACTION REVIEW
Lead daily, monthly & quarterly analysis of activation performance using necessary tracking tools.
Provide review and implication via scheduled reporting and/or ad hoc analysis as needed for business.
EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- At least 3 - 5 years of brand and retail, brand marketing experience or equivalent marketing experience.
- Language: Native level Japanese, business level English.
- Basic knowledge and experience of managing B to C brand marketing (FMCG brand experience plus), particular in collaboration with Sales team.
- Experience in planning and executions of marketing campaigns & consumer promotions.
- Strong project management and interpersonal skill – be able to take the “driver seat” and lead internal & external stakeholders to deliver quality output within the timeline.
- High standard of integrity with a passion for the brand and commitment to Red Bull values with “Entrepreneurial” mindset.
