As Sales Analyst within our Trade Marketing team in the Off Premise department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by transforming national sales forecasts into actionable, store-level execution plans. This role is focusing on turning high-level sales objectives into clear, measurable targets for individual stores and sales consultants. The Sales Analyst is responsible for proactively tracking progress, addressing challenges, and optimizing in-store performance to maximize sales impact.This role requires a strong focus on sales execution, using diverse data sources to allocate resources effectively, improve store-level activities and enhance sales performance. Additionally, the Sales Analyst leads communication with the Sales Consultant team, providing clear guidance, sharing best practices, and ensuring alignment to drive sales results. TRANSFORMING SALES FORECAST INTO STORE-LEVEL ACTION PLANS
Your main responsibility as Sales Analyst, is being responsible for ensuring that the national sales forecast is translated into actionable execution plans at store level.
With access to diverse data sources incl. Nielsen, Customer POS data, customer portals, sell-in data and our internal field tool "DRIVE", you are expected to drive the conversion of high-level sales objectives into clear, per-store and per-sales-consultant targets.
Proactivity is essential in this role, as it involves weekly follow-ups on these targets to track progress, address challenges and opportunities and report on actions taken to maximize sales impact at the shop floor and drive our business growth.
PLANNING RESOURCE CAPACITY & OPTIMIZING EXECUTION
Enhance Sales Consultant resource allocation, maximizing banner-level activity and improving Perfect Store Ratings (PSR) scores for top banners by leveraging "DRIVE" data.
Provide clear guidance on store level visit planning– determining which stores to prioritize or reduce focus on – to ensure effective execution of our Commercial calendar and follow-up on execution.
Deliver regularly updates to the Head of Field Sales and Head of Trade Marketing on in-store execution metrics, contributing to business planning. Identify improvement opportunities and recommend actions to optimize execution, efficiency, and performance scores for the Sales Consultant team.
LEADING FIELD SALES COMMUNICATION
Lead communication efforts for the Field Sales team by preparing and presenting sales execution plans at quarterly Field Sales meetings and monthly Sales Consultant meetings, together with our Head of Field Sales.
Develop concise one-pagers with actionable insights and compelling arguments to support in-store activities and bottom-up offers.
Gather and share best practices from the Sales Consultant team to fuel knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Sales Consultant team, addressing a wide range of inquiries and ensuring seamless communication.

EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 1-2 of years experience in FMCG sector within Sales.
- Fast learner with strong team collaboration skills, high motivation and a proactive attitude.
- Able to work independently and on several tasks and projects in parallel towards deadlines.
- Good understanding of the Danish trade landscape.
- Excellent analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights and present findings clearly and persuasively.
- Possesses a results-driven mindset, demonstrated in seizing volume opportunities and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, with the ability to create detailed analyses and impactful presentations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience under pressure.
- Great communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience in working with customer portals is a big plus.
