Wasserman Live specializes in delivering branding and signage, custom fabrication, live event production and experiential operations across sports, music and entertainment. Working with the world’s most iconic properties and brands, we elevate live events to make them unforgettable.
From strategic overview, creative and client presentations, to detailed planning, budget management and event management. You’ll be responsible for driving client satisfaction, account growth, and the development of the account team beneath you.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership
•Own and nurture client relationships, becoming a trusted strategic partner
•Understand client business goals, brand strategy, and commercial pressures
•Lead the development of project / annual plans, campaign strategies, and creative responses
•Confidently present ideas, proposals, and performance reviews to senior stakeholders
•Oversee KPI setting and campaign evaluation
Project and Delivery Oversight
•Oversee the end-to-end delivery of experiential campaigns, retail activations, sponsorships, and live events
•Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative and operational standards
•Guide the team in translating client briefs into actionable plans and inspiring creative work
•Anticipate risks and challenges, managing them proactively
•Management of partnerships and relationships with key rights holders to support campaigns
•
Commercial Management
•Take ownership of account profitability and revenue forecasting
•Identify and convert opportunities for organic growth and cross-selling within existing clients
•Support in new business pitches, including strategy input, ideation, presentation writing and presenting
•Ensure accurate financial tracking, reporting, and margin management
Team Leadership
•Line manage and mentor Account Managers and Executives, fostering professional growth
•Champion a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability
•Recognise the skills and abilities of your team and delegate tasks accordingly
•Ensure the team operates efficiently and feels supported in delivering their best work
Agency Contribution
•Act as an ambassador for the agency’s brand, values, and culture
•Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, Production, and Ops teams
•Share insights and industry trends to drive innovation across accounts
The Skills and Experience you need
•8+ years’ experience in client services, ideally within a brand experience, live events, or integrated agency
•Highly organised, outstanding attention to detail, project management and operational excellence
•Exceptional in relationship management and diplomacy.
•Strong commercial and strategic thinking, with attention to detail in execution
•Excellent communicator and confident presenter
•Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams
•Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
•Highly effective in building presentations, budgets and writing
•Ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously with true attention-to-detail
