Wasserman is seeking a passionate and proactive Executive to join our team in Singapore. This position is designed for someone at the early stages of their career who wants to gain first-hand experience in a leading, global agency.

The Executive is an integral position to our client teams, with the responsibility for supporting the successful delivery of projects, from brief to execution. The Executive will be crucial in ensuring client deliverables and project milestones are delivered on-time, on-budget and of a quality expected by Wasserman and its clients.

What You Will Be Doing

Client Support & Servicing


• Assist Manager/Account Lead in the day-to-day servicing of client accounts, ensuring tasks and deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Support in the development of activation concepts that deliver on client requests, demonstrating critical thinking and creative solutions.
• Support with the preparation of presentations, reports, and marketing materials for clients.

Event Coordination & Administration.


• Provide administrative support for event planning and delivery, including registrations, logistics, and scheduling.
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth coordination of projects.
• Assist with on-site event support as required.Marketing & Communications
• Help develop content and assets for campaigns, ensuring materials are aligned with client and brand objectives.
• Monitor event and campaign performance, compiling data and insights for internal and client reporting.


Research & Insights


• Conduct desk research on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities in sports and entertainment.
• Prepare summaries and recommendations to support the team’s strategy and decisionmaking.

Skills & Experience Required


• 1–2 years of experience in events, marketing, sponsorship, or related fields (internship experience welcome).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• A proactive, positive, and “can-do” attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Passion for sports, music, and entertainment
• Fluent in English, written and spoken. Additional Asian language is an advantage
