  • Maintain an efficient workflow and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Prior experience supporting executives is a plus (especially in an agency, production company, or entertainment/media setting), but we’re open to fast learners who are eager to grow into the role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Keynote, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and standard office systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent research skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills; able to meet tight deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, polished, and confident personality with a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a close-knit team.

Base salary range: $47,500 annually, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.

  • Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
