Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
Position
The Stakeholder Services Specialist will provide support in executing the daily tasks of stakeholder arrivals and departures. This role focuses on supporting the coordination of stakeholder requirements, ensuring the collection and management of data, and assisting in the implementation of service delivery tasks. The Specialist will work closely with the Coordinator to facilitate smooth operations, address stakeholder needs, and manage key processes during planning and Games time.
- Assist in operational tasks related to stakeholder arrivals and departures, including verifying stakeholder requirements and preparing necessary documentation.
- Assist in collecting and updating Arrival & Departure data, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the ADS team in tracking stakeholder movements.
- Support the AND Stakeholder Services Coordinator in documenting meeting outcomes, assisting with the preparation of comprehensive minutes, and ensuring relevant information and follow-up actions are clearly communicated to all necessary stakeholders.
- Provide operational support during Games time, helping to resolve minor operational issues and ensuring stakeholders' needs are met efficiently.
- Assist the AND Stakeholder Services Coordinator in preparing and submitting daily reports that outline key events, challenges faced, solutions applied, and any issues needing escalation, ensuring all relevant parties are updated on operational developments and concerns.
- Provide support in preparing and distributing stakeholder communications, such as departure times and client procedures.
- Assist with preparing departure plans by gathering necessary information and supporting coordination between teams such as Airports, Villages, Transport, and Logistics.
- Provide operational support for the arrivals and departures service desks by offering administrative assistance, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are ready for use.
Please note: The duties and responsibilities of this role may evolve or change in response to the dynamic needs of the event, particularly during the Games period.
Requirements
- Excellent client relationship skills and outstandingcommunicationabilities.
- Strong attention to detail with excellentorganizational skills.
- Perfect command of English; additionallanguageswill be considered a plus.
- Experience with data entry and managingrecords.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-pacedenvironment.
- Team player with a proactiveattitude and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- EU work permitrequired.
