Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
Position
The Stakeholder Services Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Stakeholder Services Manager in the day-to-day operations of stakeholder arrivals and departures. This role is integral in ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders and relevant functional areas. The Coordinator will assist in managing stakeholder communication, data collection, and operational processes, ensuring high-quality service delivery throughout the entire arrivals and departures journey.
- Support the Stakeholder Services Manager in implementing the stakeholder management plan and the service delivery model for arrivals and departures.
- Assist in managing the operational tasks related to stakeholder arrivals and departures, including scheduling, logistical coordination, tracking stakeholder movement, and coordinating internal efforts across functional areas (Transport, Logistics, Accommodation, Accreditation, and Villages) to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the end-to-end process.
- Contribute to the implementation of standard operating procedures related to arrivals and departures.
- Document meeting discussions and decisions by preparing detailed minutes and effectively communicating key information and action points to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues and handling any service disruptions that may arise.
- Support the creation and distribution of stakeholder communications, including service publications, manuals, and presentations.
- Collect and analyze arrivals and departures data, working closely with the ADS team to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Assist in the coordination of daily operational tasks related to the arrivals and departures service desks, ensuring smooth operations at key locations such as the Olympic & Paralympic Villages, Games Family Hotel, and Main Media Centre.
- Prepare and submit daily reports detailing key events, challenges encountered, resolutions implemented, and any issues that require escalation, ensuring all relevant parties are kept informed of operational progress and concerns.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of departure plans for stakeholders, coordinating with other teams such as Airports, Villages, Transport, and Logistics.
- Support training and monitor the performance of the Arrivals & Departures workforce and volunteers.
Please note: The duties and responsibilities of this role may evolve or change in response to the dynamic needs of the event, particularly during the Games period.
Requirements
- Excellent client relationship skills and written and verbal communication skills, with experience in preparing reports, presentations, and communication materials.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good command of English; additional languages will be considered a plus.
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- EU work permit required.
