DAZN is looking for an Ad Performance Analyst to help manage and analyse all data relevant to the performance of commercial advertising on DAZN in the region, including impressions, revenue systems, viewership and audience behaviour. With a strong commercial mindset, your data presentation and statistical analysis will help dictate ad strategy and KPI’s, whilst providing the division the ability to access and understand the data themselves. You will be organised and communicate effectively but most of all you will be passionate about sport and delivering the very best service to all stakeholders involved in the sales process.
The role is based in Munich

As our new Ad Performance Analyst M/F/D, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Explore all data relevant to the performance of commercial advertising on DAZN, including impressions, revenue, viewership, and audience behaviour.
- Own and manage relationships with external third-party audience measurement providers – Act as the primary contact to ensure smooth collaboration, consistent data flow, and alignment with business priorities.
- Serve as the internal expert on audience measurement and data – Be the go-to resource for all questions relating to measurement methodologies, tools, and audience data across the business.
- Monitor advertising market trends and gather market insights – Collect and analyse market intelligence to identify emerging trends, shifts in advertiser behaviour, and opportunities for strategic positioning.
- Benchmark business performance – Leverage external market data and internal metrics to assess how we’re performing relative to the market and competitors.
- Maintain and improve data hygiene across internal data sources.
- Deliver and share reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis, manipulating data across various and changing metrics and dimensions. Build dashboards to help track and present data for relevant stakeholders.
You'll have:
- A degree in economics, business administration, sports, or similar
- First experience working in or with the wider media industry
- In-depth expertise of MS Excel and other data processing software
- Analytical skills and experience in working with large data sets
- Highly motivation to reach the teams’ goals, strong focus on results, ability to work independently on individual projects
- Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English and German, both verbal and written
- Additional language skills in French are a plus
