The VP Strategy & Implementation role focuses on being a key operational and commercial leader for the DAZN business. You'll have the chance to provide a telling and visible contribution to our go-to-market planning, strategic decisions, and operational execution, within our fast-paced and dynamic business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Be a champion of operational excellence.
  • Oversee and manage delivery and GTM plan for DAZN boxing and global product; including platform execution, marketing strategy, and programming and content strategy
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance.
  • Streamline workflows, implement best practices, and leverage post-campaign learnings to improve operational effectiveness and decision-making.
  • Identify cross-functional revenue growth opportunities, inclusive of media sales, marketing, and product teams .
  • Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution across all departments.
  • Identify potential risks associated with strategic initiatives and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Assist in, and, where applicable, lead commercial strategy decision making; including pricing and packaging recommendations, idea generation, strategic & financial assessment.
  • Provide strategic and operational support with regards to our broader businesses.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 10 years' in strategic planning and implementation / programme management roles, preferably within the media, sports, or technology industries.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organisational change.
  • Ability to crystalize key insights from data and communicate analyses in an efficient and effective manner to a variety of internal audiences across departments and functions
  • Experience working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be comfortable working both independently and as a member of the team
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
