We are looking for a passionate, numbers-driven team player with experience in credit management to join our EMEA Accounts Receivable team. As an AR Specialist, you will act as the "financial conscience" between our international B2B customers, sales agents, and our central finance team. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to help shape best practices as On continues its rapid global growth.
Your Mission
- Be the Architect, not just the Processor: Independently manage daily AR operations for Southern Europe (collections, dunning, and credit limits) while actively looking for ways to eliminate manual tasks through our existing AI tools.
- Investigate complex payment discrepancies and "tune the brain" of our automation systems when they hit a roadblock
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Actively contribute to cross-functional projects, including new market entries, process automation, and the implementation of state-of-the-art financial tools.
- Provide clear visibility to sales and management regarding debtor risks and cash flow health.
Your story
- A strong educational background and at least 1 year of experience in accounts receivables or sales related environment
- Native or C2 fluency in German and professional fluency in English (both written and spoken) are essential.
- Exceptional skills in building relationships with both external dealers and internal sales teams.
- An eagle eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment where every day is different.
- A self-driven personality with a natural curiosity for automatic solutions

In person or virtually, you'll get a feel for the day-to-day at On and the people who make it happen. You'll chat with a few potential teammates - the conversations will be as equally driven by the role and your experience as by our values. We believe how you do things is just as important as what you do.
