The Role:
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Workplace Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our office. This is a people-facing, hands-on role that combines facilities coordination, vendor and budget management, and internal event support. You’ll work closely with HR (reporting line to Head of People), Property and Facility team our Site Leader, and external suppliers to ensure the workspace is safe, welcoming, and running efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Act as the main point of contact with the landlord to ensure smooth coordination and cooperation on all building-related matters
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the office, including regular inspections and reporting
- Organise and schedule training for in-office first aiders, fire marshals, and other mandatory workplace safety roles
- Support internal and external event logistics including room bookings, catering, AV set-up, and onsite event coordination
- Track and report daily and weekly office attendance and usage metrics
- Create purchase orders and process invoices for office-related services, suppliers, and maintenance
- Manage consumables ordering (coffee, cereal, snacks, etc.) while tracking spend against budget
- Coordinate post and courier services, including sending parcels and managing deliveries
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in an office coordination, facilities, or administrative support role
- Good command of written and verbal English
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
- Basic knowledge of workplace health & safety requirements
- Strong focus on proposing solutions
- Confidence using tools like Excel, Word, Google Workspace, and procurement platforms
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment
