Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
Position
As a key figure on venue, you will play a central role in ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for workforce members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workforce Support: Be the go-to person for volunteers and staff, resolving issues and providing fast, effective solutions with a positive attitude.
- Volunteer Coordination: Manage shifts, attendance, and task distribution to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Benefit Distribution: Oversee the delivery of welcome kits, meal vouchers, and other essentials to ensure everyone is equipped and motivated.
- Training Delivery: Collaborate with venue teams to organize impactful training sessions for volunteers.
- Wellbeing Champion: Foster a positive, inclusive, and well-organized environment for all workforce participants.
Requirements
- Team Management Experience: Previous experience in similar roles, ideally in international or large-scale events.
- Strong Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills: You thrive in dynamic environments and know how to keep things running smoothly.
- Positive Attitude & People Skills: Your energy and empathy inspire those around you.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Italian and English.
- Tech Savvy: Confident with Microsoft Office; experience with workforce management tools is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
