THE POSITION
These are your key tasks:
- Lead the strategic execution and oversight of FIFA Women’s Football Development Programmes across Member Associations of Concacaf and CONMEBOL, ensuring effective implementation, monitoring, and evaluation through the FIFA Forward platform.
- Manage and coordinate external experts engaged in programme delivery across Americas reagion, overseeing planning, performance reporting, and payment processes to ensure high-quality execution.
- Act as the primary liaison with the Member Associations Sub-Division Americas, cultivating strong partnerships, aligning objectives, and identifying synergies between women’s football initiatives and the broader FIFA Forward programme.
- Drive collaboration and knowledge sharing with Global Football Development - America representatives, including TDS Leads, Regional Technical Consultants, High Performance Specialists, and Talent Coaches. Oversee and provide feedback on TDS applications for Member Associations of Concacaf and CONMEBOL to ensure alignment with women's football priorities.
- Design and lead regional capacity-building initiatives, including workshops for Member Associations, in close collaboration with Concacaf’s and CONMEBOL’s women’s football unit, to elevate domestic women’s football development.
- Coordinate cross-regional collaboration with Women’s Football Leads globally, ensuring consistency, knowledge exchange, and alignment in the delivery of all 13 FIFA Women’s Football Development Programmes.
- Support the evolution of global women’s football development, contributing to the refinement and scaling of existing programmes and initiatives in line with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with the Elite Women’s Football Team to align research, policies, and implementation strategies that enhance the professional landscape of women’s football globally.
- Work closely with the Relations Manager to support commercial programme delivery and communications planning, ensuring initiatives are strategically aligned and impactful.
- Provide administrative support, including the scheduling of meetings, preparation of relevant documentation, and maintaining an efficient office environment.
- Take on additional strategic or operational responsibilities as required, contributing to the broader mission and goals of the Women’s Football Division.

The specific competencies we require for this position are:
- Minimum 5 years experience in the sporting industry
- Experience in the global sporting industry, with a proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including federations, leagues, clubs, and players
- Track record in administering and implementing strategic projects / programmes successfully, managing budgets and allocating resources efficiently
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Master Degree
- Excellent English, Spanish and/or French skills, written and oral
- IT know-how (particularly valued: PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
- Excellent writing skills
- Proven research and analysis skills
- Ability to develop strategic ideas for development programmes
- Networking abilities and rapport with global stakeholders
- Willingness to travel at least one week per month
