The Role: VP of Media Buying, Planning & Campaign Management (Incl. Influencer)
As VP of Media Buying, Planning & Campaign Management within DAZN’s Central Marketing team, you will own the global media strategy and execution across all markets.
You will be responsible for how DAZN plans, buys and optimises media — across paid channels and influencer ecosystems — ensuring investment delivers maximum impact and efficiency.
This role acts as the bridge between central strategy, regional execution, agency partners, and internal stakeholders — ensuring campaigns are well-planned, flawlessly executed, and continuously optimised.
This is role is based in London and is an FTC Maternity cover

What You'll Be Doing:
- Own DAZN’s global media strategy and planning across paid channels
- Lead end-to-end media planning, buying, and campaign execution
- Manage and direct media agencies and partners
- Drive performance and efficiency of media investment across markets
- Drive best-in-class campaign management processes and governance
- Integrate influencer marketing into the broader media and brand strategy
- Partner with analytics teams to optimise campaigns using performance data
- Ensure consistent measurement frameworks and reporting across regions
- Identify opportunities to improve ROI, scale successful channels, and test new approaches
- Align global strategy with regional execution needs and market nuances
- Raise standards of media planning, buying, and execution across the organisation
What You'll Bring:
- Deep experience in media buying, planning, and campaign management leadership
- Strong track record managing large-scale, multi-channel media budgets
- Background working with global media
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and attribution models
- Experience operating in global, multi-market environments
- Ability to translate data into clear optimisation actions and strategy
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong commercial judgement and results orientation
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and driving change
