We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Executive - Trackside to be responsible for for ensuring that our Visa Cash App Racing Bulls (VCARB) partners and invited VIP guests enjoy unparalleled hospitality and service across the Formula one Paddock Club race calendar.
They will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience during F1 events by providing exceptional service, engaging with attendees, and creating a welcoming and memorable environment that reflects the brand's prestige and excellence. Further, they will provide both administrative support and trackside guest service. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, flexibility, commercial awareness, and a passion for delivering high-quality hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Expand all
Administration & Operations:
Assist the Hospitality Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks and hospitality enquiries;
Support the management of communications regarding VCARB tickets and guest portfolios, helping to keep partners informed;
Aid in organising race hospitality events, including; ticketing, guest list management, and scheduling, under the guidance of the Hospitality Manager;
Help with the receipt, logging, packing, and dispatch of event tickets, merchandise, and gift packs;
Work alongside the Operations Manager to assist in coordinating trackside logistics such as garage tours, Paddock Club schedules, and guest lunches/dinners;
Support the monitoring of merchandise stock levels and assist with freight and inventory management to ensure an accurate and timely delivery to race locations;
Post-event reporting to ensure processes are consistently reviewed, opportunities are maximized and KPI’s are met.
Guest Engagement & Relationship-Building:
Welcome and assist guests and partners upon arrival, providing personalised support throughout their visit;
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, partners and suppliers to enhance satisfaction and engagement;
Support trackside experiences, including; garage tours, driver and team personell interviews (upon request), and pit-links, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience;
Always deliver 100% effort in every interaction, embodying the team’s standards of excellence and professionalism.
Event Coordination & Service Delivery:
Collaborate with the Oracle Red Bull Racing Events & Hospitality teams to ensure seamless execution of hospitality initiatives;
Assist with the setup and breakdown of the Paddock Club, ensuring the VCARB brand and identity is protected and well presented and assets are showcased;
Work across the wider markeing department to ensure Hospitlality opportunities are maximised.

EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 2+ years of hospitality experience, ideally within motorsport or high-end event;
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service;
- Comfortable in fast-paced, commercial environments and collaborating with wider marketing or operational teams;
- Knowledge or personal interest in sport/motorsport is advantageous;
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to support strategic sales and hospitality initiatives;
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays in line with the F1 schedule;
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills with diverse audiences;
- Professional appearance and conduct at all times;
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail in service delivery and presentation;
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while handling guest requests;
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus;
- Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and high professional standards;
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
