The role
Huel’s US Retail business has exploded over the past year, with national listings secured in major retailers and more exciting partnerships on the horizon. To keep pace with this growth, we’re hiring a US Retail Customer Supply Manager to lead our US Customer Supply Team and ensure flawless service for our retail partners. This is a chance to own the end-to-end retail supply process in one of Huel’s fastest-growing markets and play a pivotal role in shaping our next chapter of retail expansion.
- Own the full US retail supply process, ensuring seamless execution from order through to delivery.
- Oversee logistics performance, promotions, Amazon shipments, and new customer launches.
- Partner with 3PLs and internal teams to deliver compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Track, analyze, and improve key KPIs, including service levels and OTIF performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop the US Customer Supply Team while driving continuous improvement.
- Build trusted relationships with retailers, logistics partners, and cross-functional teams as the key point of contact for US supply operations.
What we're looking for in you
- Extensive US Retail Customer Supply experience, ideally within a food or beverage brand with deep knowledge of supply chains serving US grocery retailers and Amazon.
- Experience of working in a wider operation, managing external partners to deliver on service, quality, and cost, while driving a culture of continuous improvement.
- A customer-first mindset, acting as the internal advocate for retailer needs and expectations.
- Exceptional organisational, communication, collaboration and influencing skills, adept at presenting clearly, negotiating effectively, and building strong cross-functional relationships.
- Demonstrated line management expertise, with a track record of building, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.

A competitive salary range of $120,000-$130,000 per annum depending on your skills and experience
Hybrid working - We spend Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office together. The remaining two days have the option to be worked from home.
