US Influencer & Partnerships Manager

The role

Influencer and partnerships is one of the most powerful channels we have in the US. It's how we reach new audiences, build culture around the brand, and turn people who've never heard of Huel into customers who can't stop talking about it.

As US Influencer & Partnerships Manager, you'll own and run the channel. Influencers, creators, podcasters, affiliates, TikTok Shop. You'll build the program, sign the right talent, and make sure it delivers real revenue and real reach at scale.

• Define and run the US partnerships strategy across influencer, podcast, creator program, TikTok Shop and Awin.

• Set and manage budgets and targets, owning the commercial performance of everything you run.

• Align partnerships activity with Huel’s US growth goals, making sure your work is always tied to the bigger picture.

• Find, sign and negotiate directly with the right talent, agencies and platforms, from mid-tier through to top-tier, who genuinely fit the Huel brand and connect with our audience.

• Manage and grow the influencer and creator roster from onboarding through to content delivery and performance review.

• Run TikTok Shop from the ground up, including creator recruitment, GMV tracking and ongoing optimisation.

• Own affiliate and Awin performance, working across commission and revenue share structures.

• Work within a small US team, hold a high bar for output, and develop the people around you.

• Build clear reporting across all channels, keeping Leadership up to date on what’s working and what needs to change, while finding smarter ways to operate through better tooling, automation and sharper processes.

• Partner with Brand, Paid Media, CRM and the UK partnerships team so partnerships content gets activated properly across every channel, sharing what’s working and aligning on global creator strategy.

What we're looking for in you

• Solid experience in influencer and partnerships marketing in the US market, with a track record of building programs that perform.

• Good understanding of performance-based models including commission, revenue share, and brand buys, and how to get the most out of them.

• Real TikTok Shop experience. You know how it works and how to drive GMV through creators.

• A strong negotiator with an existing network of US creator contacts across mid-tier and top-tier talent.

• Analytical and numerate. You track the right numbers, spot what's working, and cut what isn't.

• Someone who executes as much as they strategize. You're happy setting the direction and then going and doing the work.

• A clear communicator who can manage up, across, and externally without losing pace.

A competitive salary range of $100,000-$120,000 per annum depending on your skills and experience

Hybrid working - We spend Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office together. The remaining two days have the option to be worked from home.
