Training Analyst
Training Manager
- Purpose of the Role:
Responsible developing and delivering training within operations, primarily working with the operative population.
This role will support the delivery and coordination of training plans, monitoring effectiveness and performance impact, focusing on improving process performance and the operative onboarding experience.
- Duties / Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Operations to identify areas where additional support is required across fulfilment processes
- Develop and document the training plans for core processes within operations
- Develop and deliver the Operative onboarding experience
- Owning the training and development of operations training ambassadors
- Working with Operations to deliver the right level of skills coverage across fulfilment processes
- Work with Operations to provide process feedback to improve operative experience
- Working with the on-site Labour agency to coordinate on-boarding and training of new and existing operatives
- Knowledge / Skills / Experience:
- Experience within a training role within D2C operations
- Demonstrable experience in utilising Excel for data consolidation and analysis
- Team leadership experience desirable, but not mandatory
- Experienced in the creation of PowerPoint presentations to share results, insights and performance with stakeholders
