Our Trade Marketing Executive is a key ambassador for the Red Bull brand, ensuring that our products are strategically positioned and promoted effectively within various trade channels. As part of the Trade Marketing team, you will leverage insights to drive impactful trade marketing strategies. Working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams, this position offers a dynamic environment with opportunities to engage in diverse aspects of trade marketing, including planning, execution of trade promotions, retail merchandising, and collaboration on new product launches and initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
TRADE MARKETING
- Be the Off Premise (OFP) liaison with the local Hotspot project team to co-ordinate activations in Off Premise supporting various Red Bull events
- Identify and recommend optimal POS targets for national and regional campaigns, collaborating with the field team to ensure development of appropriate POS for each channel
- Align monthly with National Distribution Partner Manager on upcoming activations including creating merchandising briefs for external parties
- Manage locally developed Always On POS
- Creation of new POS
- Management of stock levels with the Field team to ensure availability
- Input into post-campaign analysis with Trade Marketing Specialist
- Collate and distribute post campaign compliance reports (retail media etc.) with appropriate insights and actions
- Consumer promo administration including T&C’s, organization & fulfilment of prizes, communications with winners etc.
- Develop trade presenters for NPD and consumer activations in conjunction with the Trade Marketing Specialist and Trade Marketing & Insights Manager
TRADE MARKETING ASSET MANAGEMENT
- PAT (fridge & asset tracking) administration
- Create monthly reports to assist in planning
- Training users on PAT application
- This role will be the primary PAT contact for Local, APAC & HQ reporting, updates, issues etc.
- Manage cooler placement and replacement programme
- Managing HQ ordered POS items (Coolers, FSDUs etc.) including VISIT operational forecasting with Demand & Supply Manager
KEY ACCOUNT TRADE MARKETING SUPPORT
Manage delivery of key visual/POS artwork submissions to retail media partners and customers for both digital and printed assets
Support the Oils Channel Manager in the following activities:
- NPD new line submission forms & product changeovers
- Customer & distribution partner monthly promotional submissions
- Customer POS & activation sheets
- Management of shopper/activation communication
Support the OFP Key account Managers in the following activities:
- Managing the end-to-end process for ad-hoc customer activations including development of required assets, printing, and distribution, to a given deadline
- Manage display booking approvals including visuals, dimensions, stock weight, planograms etc.
- Create 1 pagers to brief field team & target stores for KPIs
- Assembling and testing build quantities for display
- Comms to field team on expectations for display builds
TRADE MARKETING ADMINISTRATION
Trade Shows
- Assist Trade Marketing team in planning and executing customer trade shows
- Attend appropriate trade shows as required
eComm
- Work with the Trade Marketing team in implementing our eComm strategy
- Maintaining POSA (Perfect Online Store Analysis) requirements including images, descriptions, key words etc. on all eComm platforms
- Manage data integrity with 3rd part image providers for various eComm platforms
Logistics
- Manage and maintain asset stock levels to ensure we are always in stock of key items
- Manage outwards/inwards goods process from Printers
- Manage and maintain all items (correctly coded, named, with correct images etc.)
- Manage and maintain store distribution lists, customer details, and asset lists
Printers
- Manage outwards/inwards goods process to Logistics
- Manage distribution lists for delivery of assets to stores
