ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage seat assignment and delivery of digital tickets using authorised ticketing and database systems
- Analyse and prepare data and ensure adherence to established Data Quality Assurance (DQA) practices
- Train, supervise and motivate ticketing coordinators to meet deadlines and provide excellent customer service
- Support planning of Games time operations and ticketing service desk
- Ensure that ticketing information is kept up to date and that relevant Functional Areas are informed of changes that could impact operations.
- Prepare presentations and reports as required
- Proactively identify improvements to systems and processes
- Other ticketing duties, as necessary from time to time, to support On Location’s successful delivery of the Milano Cortina 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games project and test events

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Required Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with event ticketing and database systems
- Ability to read venue seating charts and have a good working knowledge of terminology used to designate areas within stadiums and venues.
- Excellent IT skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel, project management software and Airtable
- Working knowledge and experience with Data Quality Assurance practices
- Strong customer service ethic
- Organizational and time management skills, with ability to multi-task and manage concurrent priorities and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English
- High level of attention to detail and adherence to established procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills – written and verbal
- Comfortable working under high pressure in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work collaboratively within a large team
- Successful track record in inspiring and motivating teams to achieve their missions
Preferred Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- CTS Eventim back-office system
- Digital ticket delivery
- Fluency in Italian and other languages
- Sense of humour
