Tennis Scotland - Participation Development Manager

Tennis Scotland are looking for a new Participation Development Manager to help drive even more opportunities for people to play and enjoy tennis and padel.

The sport is thriving across Scotland with participation growing 11% last year and club membership at a record high of nearly 82,000.

As part of our Participation Team, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving those figures even higher, working alongside partners to create more access to tennis for people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds.

This full-time role requires significant knowledge of tennis and padel across all key functions and will involve working closely with our Performance and Competitions teams and our key partners at the LTA and sportscotland, as well as local authorities and other organisations delivering tennis and padel.
