The Role
We’re looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global recruitment team in the Czech Republic. In this role, you’ll support hiring across a wide range of positions — including tech, IT, engineering, AI, machine learning, and operations — both locally and internationally.

You’ll work directly with hiring managers and colleagues across the business to deliver an excellent candidate experience and find the best talent for every role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and business functions
  • Partner with hiring managers to define roles and manage hiring processes
  • Proactively source and engage candidates using various tools
  • Coordinate interviews and support candidates throughout their journey
  • Track recruitment data and contribute to ongoing process improvements

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience recruiting for tech or engineering roles
  • Comfortable working across multiple regions and time zones
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Based in Czech Republic with hybrid working flexibility
