- Manage end-to-end recruitment for selected roles, with guidance as needed
- Maintain accurate candidate records and data in our ATS
- Provide a smooth, professional, and engaging candidate experience
- Support recruitment-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Some experience in recruitment or sourcing (in-house or agency) - ideally in tech and/or engineering
- Eagerness to learn and develop within a global recruitment team
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proactive approach and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Based in the Czech Republic with hybrid working flexibility
What We Offer
- Competitive salary
- Private medical insurance (Platinum level)
- Group life & disability benefits
- Pension plan (up to 3% company match)
- Multisport card
- 25 days holiday (rising to 28 after 3 years)
- 4 x annual Mental health days
- Monthly no-meeting Fridays
- Long service awards
