ATTRACT, SELECT & HIRE THE RIGHT TALENT
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you are the first point of contact for all recruitment and talent acquisition–related topics and advise defined business units at our global headquarters.
On the one hand, you'll be leading all the efforts to attract the right talent, take responsibility for the entire search process and ensure timely filling of open positions. On the other hand, you strengthen our inspiring brand and our reputation as an Employer of Choice through targeted initiatives.
TALENT ACQUISITION PROCESS
You manage the entire talent acquisition process—from talent mapping, sourcing, and marketing activities to interviews, the final offer, and the hiring of the new employee.
In doing so, you ensure speed, transparency, and optimal communication among all stakeholders—hiring managers, candidates, and other external partners such as agencies.
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE
Ensuring an excellent candidate experience is your top priority. You guide talent through the entire application process with a personal, trustworthy approach. Through your communication, you inspire and engage future talent.
DRIVE TALENT ENGAGEMENT
Talent engagement is a key part of our recruiting activities. You understand the importance of proactively and authentically approaching interesting talent through the right channels. To do so, you build a strong network and market know-how and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
TALENT ATTRACTION
Attracting the right talent at any given time is the main part of Talent Acquisition. You'll work together with colleagues and the business to find the right space for your roles, which can vary from university events to professional meet-ups.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- HR or Business relevant studies (Business Administration, Psychology, etc.)
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition, ideally within an international, complex & high-volume recruitment environment
- Fluent in written and spoken English & German
- Passion for Recruitment & able to build relationships with managers and candidates
- Understanding & excitement for the brand Red Bull brand and its products
- Strong professional communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders on every level
- Proactive, highly efficient, and effective organizational and project planning/ management skills
- Additionally you are characterized by team spirit and humor
- Travel 0-10%
