LIVE·TEAM specializes in delivering branding and signage, custom fabrication, live event production and experiential operations across sports, music and entertainment. Working with the world’s most iconic properties and brands, we elevate live events to make them unforgettable.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and analytical sustainability intern to join our Sustainability Team. This role is designed for a recent graduate looking to build hands‑on experience in sustainability data and reporting, project delivery, strategy implementation, and client support in a commercial production environment.

You will play an active role in delivering sustainability initiatives across operations and supporting clients with data‑driven sustainability insights, while developing practical experience in environmental strategy, waste minimisation, reporting and responsible production.

Key Responsibilities

Sustainability Data & Analysis

  • Own the collection, validation, and analysis of sustainability data across production, procurement, and supply chain activities for selected projects.
  • Support carbon footprinting, environmental metrics tracking, and internal performance reporting.
  • Contribute to sustainability disclosures, certifications, and audits by preparing data sets and evidence.
  • Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities within projects as well as overall operations.

Project Delivery & Continuous Improvement

  • Support and deliver sustainability projects aligned to business priorities (e.g. carbon reduction, materials optimisation, waste reduction).
  • Coordinate actions, track milestones, and report on progress against sustainability objectives.
  • Support pilot initiatives and trials related to sustainable materials, production efficiency, or circular practices.
  • Produce clear project documentation, case studies, updates, and insights for internal stakeholders.

Strategy Implementation

  • Support the implementation of the company’s sustainability across operations.
  • Help embed sustainability considerations into production processes, sourcing decisions, and client solutions.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking on sustainability trends, regulations, and best practice within print and production.
  • Translate strategic objectives into practical, operational actions.

Client Support & Engagement

  • Support client sustainability enquiries, including carbon data, materials impacts, and responsible production credentials.
  • Assist in preparing client‑facing sustainability reports, presentations, and proposal content.
  • Work closely with account and sales teams to ensure sustainability information is accurate, consistent, and client‑ready.
  • Contribute to sustainability case studies and evidence demonstrating environmental value to clients.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Recently graduated (or graduating this year) with a degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Data Analysis, Engineering, Business, or a related subject.
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence working with data (advanced Excel essential).
  • Understanding of sustainability, climate change, and environmental impact in a business context.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and deliver to deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for both internal and client‑facing outputs.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of carbon accounting, lifecycle assessment, or sustainability reporting frameworks.
  • Familiarity with environmental standards (e.g. GHG Protocol, ISO 14001).
  • Experience producing reports, dashboards, or presentations for decision‑makers or clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset.

Development & Progression

  • Structured onboarding and mentoring from sustainability professionals.
  • Exposure to senior stakeholders, clients, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Hands‑on experience delivering real sustainability outcomes in large scale events.
  • Clear development objectives and feedback throughout the contract.

Our Culture

  • Collaborative, practical, and data‑driven approach to sustainability.
  • Focus on real‑world impact and continuous improvement.
  • Commitment to responsible production and supporting client sustainability goals.
