ABOUT THE TOURNAMENT

The World Wide Technology Championship will bring together the best PGA TOUR golfers in the world in Los Cabos and will offer a week of entertainment and competitive golf, along with a variety of activities for the whole family. The event will take place at El Cardonal golf course in Diamante during the week of November 2–8, 2026.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist the Tournament Director in executing various tasks.
  • Generate credentials for vendors and others who require them and track the status of each credential
  • Oversee the credentials program with Diamante for all its members
  • Send courtesy tickets previously authorized by the Tournament Director and generate a daily sales report for each type of ticket.
  • Prepare payments memos.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in the fan zone to ensure its full operation
  • Prepare VIP guest lists and manage the gift distribution program during tournament week.
  • Provide support to different tournament departments as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent English, both spoken and written, is required
  • Completed or in-progress university degree
  • Must have experience in events and in the area related to the position applied for
  • Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Willingness to work extended hours in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and project-management skills
  • Knowledge of event planning, logistics, and coordination
  • Strong negotiation skills, effective conflict resolution, and communication abilities
  • Interest and knowledge in golf; experience with golf tournaments or sporting events is a plus
