Full Description
Purpose:
The Digital Process Management team is looking for an analyst with focus on data governance and process performance analysis to support the Global Product Supply department. Key tasks are to driveSupply Planning Reporting consistency, gather business requirements for operational reporting, create reports, and provide analysis support. You will act as subject matter expert in the Supply Planning Reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume the role of Super User and resident expert of all functionalities within the supply planning reporting landscape.Provide visibility to system outputs through reporting for operational planning and purchasing teams
- Responsible for creating reporting alignments across planning teams and providing quick solutions for operational teams
- Responsible for identifying enhancements and process improvements and capture this to establish continuous improvements to reporting quality
- Responsible for administration of documentation and reporting structures
- Support creation of business specifications for Reporting developments
- Supporting change management activities required to successfully introduce new reporting
- Consults business teams on creation of best-practice reporting

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Proven analytical skills, systematic and disciplined and analytical approach to all work undertaken.
- Proven track record of working with BI analysis tools
- Experience in participating in small/medium sized projects with distributed teams
- Understand the different levels of reporting needs within a hierarchical organization
- Strong team player with demonstrated ability to work cross functionally to achieve goals and objectives
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Advanced Business Intelligence Tool skills (eg, PowerBI, SAP SAC, MicroStrategy or )
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Experienced with reporting advanced data visualisations and management dashboards
- Experience with Supply Chain Planning tools is a plus
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- College or university degree with emphasis in supply chain management, business, or finance preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or analytical disciplines
