Full Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead special merchandising operations and vendor compliance projects, managing 2-10 initiatives simultaneously.
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement bulk updates, resolve root-cause issues, and communicate operational changes.
Reduce inactive inventory by collaborating with PCM and buying teams to improve product availability.
Develop and implement processes to prevent future inefficiencies, track performance, and drive improvements.
Serve as a super user for 5+ internal merchandising tools.
Train merchandising teams on system updates, including Purchase Order Creation & Maintenance, Return to Vender, and Trouble SKU process.
Work with system owners to enhance functionality, improve vendor compliance, and streamline receiving processes.
Build relationships across teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution of merchandising initiatives.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in retail, supply chain, or operations.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with PO/ERP/PLM systems.
Proficiency in MicroStrategy (or similar BI tools) and data visualization.
Advanced Office365 skills; basic SQL knowledge for database querying.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
Knowledge of professional, collegiate, and international sports preferred.
