The Role

The Sr. Manager, Global Intelligence plays a critical role in advancing the company’s intelligence capabilities to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks. Reporting to the Head of Global Safety & Security, this role oversees the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) and leads the development and execution of intelligence strategies that support the safety of employees, global office locations, business travelers, and corporate reputation. By leveraging technology, analysis, and collaboration, the Sr. Manager ensures the organization remains informed and prepared in an evolving threat landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishes and maintains cross-functional relationships with senior leadership to support the development and implementation of intelligence strategies that assess and mitigate external risks to company assets, operations, and employees.

  • Works with contract partners to prepare, maintain, and manage detailed risk intelligence assessments of regions, countries, and specific business locations.

  • Leads and manages our Global Travel Security program

  • Leads and manages the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), ensuring efficient intelligence operations, timely response, and continuous improvement.

  • Mentors and guides intelligence analysts in structured analysis techniques and the application of professional judgment tools.

  • Refines existing intelligence methodologies to assess the severity and likelihood of external threats.

  • Produces intelligence reports and briefings related to global geopolitical risks, emerging threats, and operational vulnerabilities.

  • Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and directives related to intelligence gathering and dissemination.

  • Builds and maintains relationships with domestic and international intelligence services, private sector counterparts, and security vendors to strengthen information-sharing capabilities.

  • Maintains a collaborative private-sector intelligence network to enhance risk mitigation efforts.

  • Collaborates closely with Global Safety & Security, corporate stakeholders, and regional security leaders to ensure intelligence-driven decision-making.

  • Supports enterprise security objectives by implementing intelligence-driven action plans, monitoring progress, and making necessary adjustments.

  • Contributes to special projects and strategic initiatives related to global intelligence operations.

  • Due to the global nature of the company’s operations, remains available outside traditional business hours (as needed) to monitor developing threats and provide executive intelligence briefings.

Qualifications

  • 5+ year’s analytical and leadership experience in government, law enforcement, military, or private sector threat analysis.

  • Experience leading employees or directing the work of others.

  • Strong oral and written communications skills and extensive experience briefing senior decision-makers.

  • International experience and appreciation for cultural differences.

  • Demonstrated ability to build partnerships, networks, and sustainable working relationships with direct peers and key internal and external business partners.

  • Expert in one or more of the following: regional geopolitics; international terrorist threats; transnational crime; information protection; or open source analysis.

Location: This is an on-site role based out of our Los Angeles office, requiring 5 days a week in office.

Compensation The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $140,000 - $160,000. This position is also eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in the role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
