The Creative Services Lead is responsible for building and managing the operational backbone of the marketing organization. This role ensures that Creative Operations runs on a clear, efficient, and scalable operating model, supported by the right systems, tools, processes, partner structures, and financial governance. By creating structure and maintaining control across budgets, vendors, and workflows, the role enables marketing and creative teams to execute with clarity, speed, and consistency.
Your Mission
- Establishing and maintaining a clear, scalable operating model for Creative Operations
- Overseeing external partner and vendor relationships, including onboarding and performance management
- Managing operational and production budgets with full financial oversight
- Ensuring consistent processes for purchase orders, budget tracking, and spend governance
- Implementing and optimizing tools and systems that support marketing operations at scale
- Operationalizing marketing plans into structured, executable workflows
- Creating clarity and control across resources, investments, and delivery timelines
- Continuously evolving the marketing operations ecosystem to improve efficiency and scalability
Your story
- 6+ years of experience in operations roles, preferably with strong understanding of the marketing ecosystem
- Knowledge of creative workflows, tools, and technologies, such as project management and resourcing platforms (e.g., Asana, Float, or similar)
- Understanding of external partner and vendor management across agencies, production, and operational suppliers
- Experience working with business spend management and procurement tools (e.g., Coupa or similar), including vendor onboarding and setup, purchase order creation, budget tracking, and overall spend management to support marketing and production operations
- Strong organizational and operational mindset, with ability to manage workflows, budgets, and multiple stakeholders in parallel

Bring any questions you have about the job, the team or anything else you might like to know – this is an open forum.

The Case Study

Designed to give everyone their best shot, your case study is based on something you might typically experience on the job. This is your chance to show us what you’ve got. So express yourself. Step Five
The Experience Day
Your first taste of the Oniverse. This is a time to meet some of the people you'll be working closest with. In person or virtually, you'll get a feel for the day-to-day at On and the people who make it happen. You'll chat with a few potential teammates - the conversations will be as equally driven by the role and your experience as by our values. We believe how you do things is just as important as what you do.
