Senior Finance Manager

What You'll Do:

Strategic Business Support & Presentation Development
• Lead Strategic Presentations: Drive the creation and delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and E-Commerce Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), presenting key insights that reflect business trends, performance, and strategic opportunities.
• Key Business Insights: Provide Strategic Business Support by collaborating with League GMs, the E-Commerce team, and cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Planning, Business Management) to ensure business performance is aligned with long-term objectives and current priorities.
• Tailored Presentations: Develop customized League Decks and E-Commerce presentations that communicate strategic priorities, business progress, and highlight areas for growth, ensuring all insights are actionable and impactful.
• Collaborative Communication: Ensure seamless alignment with cross-functional teams to track performance, manage goals, and make data-backed recommendations for the business.

Managing Business Performance, MGs & Shortfalls
• Track Performance: Own the process of tracking business performance against Minimum Guarantees (MGs) and set targets, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
• Manage Shortfalls: Lead the shortfall management process, driving discussions with stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Accounting) to identify the root causes of performance variances and craft solutions to close gaps.
• Proactive Strategy Development: Develop and execute proactive strategies to mitigate risk and enhance future business outcomes, ensuring that corrective actions are put into place and tracked for effectiveness.

Ad-Hoc Strategic Support for League GMs
• On-Demand Reporting: Provide ad-hoc strategic business support, creating tailored reports and analyses that aid League GMs in strategic decision-making and business optimization.
• Actionable Insights: Collaborate closely with GMs to understand their specific data needs, delivering insights and recommending actions to drive business growth and operational excellence.
• Rapid Response to Needs: Assist in the creation of presentations and reports in response to urgent leadership requests, offering data-driven recommendations to support both short-term initiatives and long-term business goals.
• Influence Key Decisions: Use your analytical expertise to provide support on a wide array of business performance, market analysis, and operational improvements to guide the league's growth trajectory.

• Expert Presentation Skills: Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations (especially PowerPoint) that distill complex business data into clear, understandable narratives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with internal teams and present findings to senior leadership.
• Performance Management: Proven track record of managing business performance against targets and navigating shortfalls effectively.
• Efficiency Under Pressure: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data.
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of KPIs, financial reporting, and forecasting, with a focus on driving performance and mitigating risks.

Education & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
