Full Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic development of our Data Governance & Privacy Engineering platform. This role will be critical in driving the product vision, defining roadmaps, and ensuring our data governance solutions meet the complex needs of a dynamic enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and articulate the comprehensive product strategy for data governance, quality, and privacy engineering platform
  • Develop detailed product roadmaps that align with organizational data strategy and privacy compliance requirements
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to ensure data products and privacy engineering solutions are built to last
  • Serves as a bridge between data analytics, data management, and technology focusing on data integration, efficiency, and enablement across data platforms and utilities Design and maintain innovative data products, enabling data availability for data intelligence, analytics, and reporting
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, legal, and compliance teams to translate complex regulatory requirements into product features
  • Manage complex datasets continuously focusing on the consumers of the data and their business needs, while adhering to set data governance
  • Develop and track key product metrics, including user adoption, feature utilization, and compliance effectiveness
  • Facilitate design thinking workshops and product ideation sessions with technical and business stakeholders
  • Present product strategies and progress to executive leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience, preferably in data, privacy and enterprise software domains
  • Experience working with databases via SQL, data platforms, data lakes, and enterprise data management tools
  • Understanding of data governance frameworks, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA), and compliance requirements
  • Strong technical acumen with ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product strategies
  • Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in agile product development methodologies
  • Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from user feedback and usage data
